Large general contractor is seeking experienced Bid Manager with 8+ years of experience in pursuits phase of major projects. You have extensive experience delivering RFP/RFQ of large infrastructure projects ($100m+).
Responsibilities of Bid Manager:
- Bid Manager will manage the development of proposals for P3 and other design build projects
- Provide management of the design team in developing compliant and aggressive design solutions in response to RFP requirements including coordination of all disciplines.
- Analyze project requirements and development of a strategy focused on winning the opportunity
- Be responsible for the development of submissions and presentations for RFP period collaborative meeting process in conjunction with the design team; review and assessment of all RFP documentation and requirements
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with our mechanical and electrical design managers, project estimators, capital development director, marketing team, legal team, and facility management team.
Education & Experience of Bid Manager:
- Bid Manager has a construction-related degree/diploma and 8-10 years of bid management experience within civil infrastructure projects
- Bid Manager has a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, design development, municipal approvals, scheduling, project management, and contract software
- You have the ability to confidently mentor a team while developing and maintaining strong client relations
